Candace Ferdinand, a North Carolina native, nurtured her passion for writing from a tender age, crafting everything from poems to plays. She honed her skills at Wake Technical Community College and North Carolina Wesleyan University, earning a BA in Marketing and Graphic Design, with an emphasis on Advertising. Drawing inspiration from her family, art, travel, nature, motherhood, and daily life, Candace weaves relatable narratives that resonate with a wide variety of readers. Currently, she resides in Clayton, North Carolina with her husband, Dale, and son, Michael. Her latest work, Michael Travels to Nashville, Tennessee! reflect her experiences as a mother and her keen observations of the world around her.
